Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In their original condition (no physical damage or modifications).

• Returned with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.

Custom-built gaming PCs must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
